Marla, Help! I can't reply to email from my Android Phone! How do I fix it?

Whenever repeated crashes occur in an app that had been working, the first step is to look at newly installed apps and updates to existing apps. When this started happening to me recently, I noticed that Android System WebView had recently updated. Uninstalling the update from February 9,2016 fixed the email app. Just remember to turn off the AUTO UPDATE feature in Google Play> Settings.

When WebView is updated and let you know if it's safe to update your phone.

UPDATE!!! Finally fixed.

It is now safe to update the 

Android System WebView 

without causing the Mail app to crash.
